I am a designer, visual storyteller, creative, chocolate lover, deep thinker and full of heart. Naturally curious and fascinated by our human experience and how we relate, I help to transform organisations to be experience-centric and focused on humans.

I have seventeen years of experience working in insurance, business innovation, and creative agencies of various sizes. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to lead design teams, programs of work, and communities of practice that foster a customer-centric and design-led culture. I have extensive experience applying design, creative intelligence, and visual communication to transform and inform experiences. Recently integrated organisational, speculative, ethical, and sustainable design to drive impact and holistic growth.

Away from work, I love exploring and going on spontaneous adventures, being in nature and believe life is always better when you are laughing and having fun. I brings the same adventurous and curious spirit into all aspects of my life.
